Hada (حدا) is a WhatsApp-based service for finding workers and tradespeople who have been personally recommended by other members. There is no app account or password. Your WhatsApp phone number is the main way we identify you.
Information we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number.
- Your name, only when needed for membership or when you choose to be named on a recommendation.
- Recommendations you contribute, including the worker’s name, phone number, trade, and any details you provide.
- Searches or requests you send to Hada, so we can return relevant recommendations and understand what the community needs.
- Invitation and waitlist information, such as who invited you or when you joined the waitlist.
- Your opt-out preferences for community requests or future contact.
How we use information
- To operate Hada inside WhatsApp.
- To verify membership, invitations, and waitlist status.
- To store and search trusted recommendations contributed by members.
- To help members contact workers directly.
- To improve safety, quality, abuse prevention, and product reliability.
Worker information
Members may recommend workers they have personally used. When that happens, we may store the worker’s name, phone number, trade, and related details. This information may be shown to members looking for that type of worker.
If you are a worker listed in Hada and want your details removed, contact us at hello@7ada.app. We will remove your details and do not require a reason.
What other members can see
Members are anonymous to each other by default. We only show your name with a recommendation if you choose to be named for that specific recommendation. We do not show your phone number to other members as the recommender.
Direct contact
When you contact a worker, WhatsApp opens a direct conversation between you and that worker. Hada does not relay, manage, or store that direct conversation.
Third-party services
Hada runs through WhatsApp and uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell paid placement in search results. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service and its users.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your membership information or remove a recommendation you submitted by contacting hello@7ada.app or messaging Hada on WhatsApp.
